Moxy Vote   In Their Words

Moxy Vote, an online “power-to-the-people” proxy voting tool, enables online management, research, and community, which empowers the 30% of individual, corporate share holders who feel they have no voice in the boardroom. OVO was able to craft a visual language that spoke both to the grassroots and corporate parties involved this important issue. The aesthetic functions to empower individuals and legitimize corporate interest. The “O speaks for O” symbol is a clever, concise word mark that works well in a size-constrained online environment.  As a direct metaphor for the role Moxy Vote plays in aligning like-minded advocacy groups and individuals, it communicates powerfully. The scalloped edges and high-contrast color subtly reinforce “voting” while strengthening differentiation and avoiding more ubiquitous clichés.

“OVO does great work and is very easy to work with. They came highly recommended and delivered with professionalism and style.

We knew the kind of company we wanted to build, but no idea how to visually represent who we are and what we do. OVO definitely solved this. Thanks to their diligent work, we now have a visual identity which really represents us, functional design principles, kick-ass business cards, and the best business stationery I've ever seen.

I'll work with them again for branding and design and I'll recommend them to anyone who asks.”
