Benevilla
Benevilla is a non-profit human services agency, which has provided care to seniors for over 28 years. In 2009 Benevilla, then “Interfaith Community Care,” implemented a new, intergenerational service model. During this time of repositioning, the board deemed necessary to rebrand the agency according to its new intergenerational approach. OVO was hired to execute this directive, which included brand naming, positioning, visual identity, strategy surrounding the agencies 10+ sub-brands, and marketing implementation in a cohesive rollout. OVO was able to craft the new brand in such a way that both paid homage to the brand’s 28-year history, while also folding in the new, intergenerational approach to the agency’s services seamlessly. “Benevilla,” literally “Good Home,” provides a new frame of reference for brand interaction, and gives the agency a more potent marketing vehicle for attracting clients, community partners, and donors alike.
